Q: How do I enter the awards?

 A: You can enter by selecting your categories, completing a submission form and paying the entry fee. Full details are on our How It Works page.


Q: How much does it cost to enter?

A: Each category is £10. You can enter as many categories as you like!


Q: Can I attend the awards if I’m not a finalist?

A: The Island Glow Awards are reserved for our finalists and their invited guests due to limited capacity. While general attendance isn’t available, we’d love for you to follow along on our socials and share in the excitement online!


Q: Do I have to buy tickets if I’m a finalist?

A: Yes. All attendees, including finalists, need to purchase a ticket to attend the event. Entry fees only cover the administration of submissions, while ticket sales help us cover essential costs such as judge fees, venue hire, event production, and creating an unforgettable awards night experience. Affordable ticket options and payment plans are available, but places are limited.


Q: Are children allowed to the Awards? 

A: No, unfortunately children are not permitted as it is an 18+ event. Please bring valid photo ID, as checks may be carried out at the venue.


Q: Can I bring guests?

A: Yes! You can bring as many guests (aged 18+) as you like. Simply email us with the number of tickets you need, and we’ll send you a private link to purchase them.


Q: Can I buy merchandise at the event? 

A: Yes! There will be an exclusive merchandise stall where you can purchase sashes, clothing, and a range of other items to remember the Island Glow Awards.


Q: Is parking available? 

A: Parking is available for up to 120 cars in the carpark.  


Q: What is the dress code? 

A: The event is black tie – formal and glamorous attire is expected. Please note that casual wear such as tracksuits or trainers are not permitted.


Q: What kind of entertainment will there be? 

A: Guests can expect an unforgettable evening with live performances, we're keeping things under wraps until the night to surprise our guests!


Q: Will awards be presented live? 

A: Yes – all winners will be announced on the night and invited on stage to receive their trophies, presented by our host, Quivvers. Don't worry - you won't be required to give a speech!


Q: Will there be photography and filming?

A: Yes. Professional photographers and videographers will be capturing the event. By attending, you agree that images may be used for promotional purposes. We also encourage guests to take their own photos and videos, share the magic of the night, and don’t forget to tag us on socials!


Q: Is there a no refund policy? 

A: Yes. All ticket sales are final, and no refunds will be issued under any circumstances. However, if the event is rescheduled or changes are made by the organisers, your ticket will be transferred to the new date.
