The Island Glow Awards (IGA) is an exciting new annual event for the Isle of Wight, designed to recognise and celebrate excellence in hair, beauty, barbering, and aesthetics.

Founded by Lottie and Leanne, IGA was born from a shared passion for recognising and uplifting professionals across the Isle of Wight. As a non-profit event, its purpose is to celebrate industry talent while giving back to the community.

With over a decade of experience in hairdressing and four years in beauty, Lottie brings first-hand knowledge of the dedication, creativity, and talent it takes to succeed in the industry. Leanne, an accomplished events organiser with over 10 years of experience and owner of House of Aura Events, adds her fine eye for detail and perfection, ensuring the awards deliver a luxury and unforgettable experience.

IGA is more than just an awards night – it’s a true industry celebration. With red-carpet glamour, finalist recognition, networking opportunities, and inspiring showcases, the event brings together a vibrant community of professionals.

From hairstylists and makeup artists to barbers, nail technicians, salon owners, and industry icons – IGA is the stage where passion, talent, and creativity shine.
